A country has the right to intervene in another country's internal affairs only if the country is not thinking rationally and not putting its citizens first or when the country's internal affair is inflicting problems in other countries.
I don't think that a country has the right to interfere in another country's affairs unless the they are allies and the country in need specificially asks for help. Also, if one country is causing signficant damadge to either its people or its environment, the other can interfere.
I believe that a country has the right to interevene in another country's affairs if the country is in dire need of help and the country is going to fall to ruins.
Countries who are incapable of dealing with their own issues should have intervention from other countries. If not, intervention from other countries could cause major problems that could result in wars. When entering another country's affairs caution is needed.

A country has the right to intervene with other countries when, the other country that they r trying to intervene with agrees with them. Otherwise if the country acts on its own and intervenes without the permission of the other country, then they dont have the right to intervene.
A country has the right to interfere in my opinion when 1) the other country asks for help, or 2) they put that country in danger. Otherwise i think they should stay out of it
